The staff was friendly.
keys had to be replaced 3 times, had to wait for food to be brought out for breakfast both days and we were there at 8am, first night we could not sleep due the broke exhaust fan making a loud noise..

the location, the room was big, clean and comfortable. the pool was nice
there seemed to be little things that didn’t work or needed maintenance.

I paid more then I booked for an the staff left without cleaning the room we request for so we had to downsize an it crowed an uncomfortable

Breakfast was good and plentiful.
The tornado we went thru to get to the hotel. The wind had blown off one of the doors, there was flooding on the first floor, and elevator was out of service due to the storm. We had to walk up 3 fights of stairs to get to our room. Then up and down and the stairs with our luggage

The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly. The person that did breakfast was amazing

The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable.
The room smelled like sewer, the flooring in the bathroom was coming up at a few different spots. There were also used towels still in the bathroom from previous persons. No warm breakfast and there was a mistake with my payment when I first arrived and had a pending charge at my bank three different times (which two of the charges are supposed to fall off).

The location was perfect for our ultimate destination. The room itself was clean and well-lit.
The breakfast food was terrible. The hot food was awful and there was very little selection among bakery or non-heated foods.
The carpeting in the halls was very dirty.
