Beautiful hotel, great service!

Fabulous location in the beautiful old town centre of McKinney. Beautiful hotel - rooms and common areas were amazing and had the feel of a unique boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed. Breakfast was easy to preorder, arrived on time and was both generous and delicious. Parking was easy in the lot next door to the hotel. A good selection of places to eat and drink a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is very old and has paper thin walls. You could hear the person next door breathing. No fridge, no coffee maker, no view. Could use paint and a cleaning

The room was big. The furniture was charming. The shower was modern and delightful.

The controls for the ceiling fan were confusing for something so simple.

This hotel was really nice. Even though it’s a landmark it’s kept very nicely. The beds are very comfortable, and most hotel rooms have a stinch especially if they’re older. This one did not. Very nice central location surrounded by food and shops.

our room had no A/c with 4 adults sharing a room. may not have been too bad except it was a winter Texas heat wave the weekend we visited:( didn’t know this until we checked in and they were completely full with no availability to change rooms. they made it right the next night by splitting us into 2 rooms with no additional charge. will definitely be back!

location in the quaint square was great. atmospheric, and nice bar.

car park was full- had to valet park. could hear people in the next room.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean room. Adjacent steakhouse a nice plus. Free surface parking also adjacent.

Could not connect to WiFi. Not all rooms have desks for working. Shower might be a bit claustrophobic for someone of a higher BMI. Fitness center is microscopic.

We're not fully aware of the parking situation before arrival, but the valet worked out fabulously.

Dog in room on same floor barking continuously called desk took them at least 45 min to find owner and stop this was our 50th anniversary we were trying to sleep. Bathroom door would not shut. Shower floor very slippery,

The room was very dark!
