Staff was wonderful, rooms were nice the pool was warm and my toddler loved it.

Othe hallways were a little tight for a wheelchair to make the corners but that wasn't a big deal once he was able to learn where to turn.

Suite with stove for cooking, silverware and dishwasher, queensize bed comfortable and big enough for two people. TV functional for external devices. In driving distance of a Walmart and the SGDQ DoubleTree location.

Location was great. Breakfast was good.

No housekeeping on weekends, the floor in breakfast area was very sticky in places and shoes stuck to the floor. When needed extra towels or anything during weekend...staff didn't bring to the room we had to go to desk and get it. For amount paid for room I expected more

Room size was remarkable, and very clean! The service desk was very attentive and friendly! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Location was perfect- just a nine minute drive to the Mall of America! Also just up the street from some great restaurants like Olive Garden and Denny's. Our visit exceeded our expectations!

the rooms were a little dated, if you need anything you have to go to desk and get it, room was at other end of hotel and only one elevator, the pool was small, the hot tub was not working two days we was there, no menu or anything in the room to tell me when breakfast was or menu for food room service

When we checked in the Manager, Andy, was there to greet us. He was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were visiting MN for and offered ideas for restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a two bedroom suite for our family of 5. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is in a business/hotel area in Bloomington. The area is very quiet and restarants are within a few miles of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the person responsible for the breakfast area kept everything filled and the area was spotless. I wish I would have noted her name, she was doing an excellent job. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the St Paul/Minneapolis area.

hot tub didn’t really move water.

Staff was very helpful, it got really Cold out and one of my tires went flat and the maintenance guy brought a air compressor out and filled the tire back up.

I wish that they could have a confectionate ovens available for guest to use to make the kitchen a complete functional kitchen.
