I was told to leave as my pet is 44 pounds, I was given a cancellation code. Why is this showing up?

I had to scramble for a room after they denied me because my pet is 44 pounds I have a cancel code why am I still charged

La chica de recepción que estaba por la noche fue una estupida. Mi tarjeta no funcionaba, le dije que en una hora vendría mi amigo a pagar mi reserva. Yo soy una chica joven que vino sola desde España y me dejó en la calle a las 12 de la noche sabiendo que es peligroso y que no conozco la zona. En otros hoteles me dejaron esperar en la sala sentada en recepción. Ella solo se ofreció a decirme dónde había un sitio abierto a esas horas para yo poder ir a sentarme y esperar. Tuve que ir a un bar de borrachos donde me sentí muy insegura, hubiera preferido esperar esa hora en el hotel. Qué pena que siendo mujer fuera tan poco empatica. El resto del personal fueron amables y correctos . El desayuno es básico pero estaba todo bueno

I asked them to clean my room at 11 am. They said ok. when I came back they didn’t do anything. then they say they can clean the room only next day. You should ask them 1 day before. why?! also there is very wet into the room. just one ventilation. they don’t clean fridge it’s very bad smell. not recommended. you can get more value for this money.

Everything went well. The room itself was nicely prepared and it was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was delightful as well. 10/10 at Holiday Inn.

Checking in was fast and friendly. Room is standard size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Staff are friendly. Convenient location.

TV is a little bit small. The bathroom is kind of small too, with a small size toilet. Coffee can be better taste. Two parking entrances, one is 6'6 clearance. We found a bug in the room, which was a little bit disappointing.

Location to event we were attending.

No beer in the consessions area.

Central Main St., Walnut creek across the street from food and drink. Temperature control was wonderful. Sheets and pillow choice is fabulous.

parking was tight upfront. I never did try the downstairs as a single female I don’t trust it.
