The room was clean, spacious and the entire staff was always helpful and willing to assist! Angela, who checked us in, made sure that we had a microwave sent to our room and they followed through quickly on all requests! we were there for 10 days and could not have been happier with the accommodations!

Music was playing loudly ALL night, 2:00-3:00 AM it finally stopped.

Staff very professional, friendly and welcoming. They brought a mat, bowl and bed out for my little dog. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was modern and spotless.

I have no complaints at all.

lovely location close to lots of restaurants, parks, etc.

I’ve never experienced so much noise in a hotel…teens running and laughing in the halls late at night, loud singing coming through the walls, cleaning staff parked right outside our bedroom door for an hour with lots of talking and coordinating their cleaning. I didn’t sleep well with all the ruckus.

Staff at reception was horrible. No breakfast...

room was clean and the location was good. I've stayed here before and all was fine, but this was the exception.

Power was out, elevator was out of service, room key didnt work. Nothing for breakfast. Staff was not that friendly. Noisy other guests woke us up three times, pounding on the door, yelling and dropping on the floor (wrestling?)

Seemed stripped down to bare essentials. Felt cheap.

We had our celebration of life for my father here along with family staying in several rooms. When I say that the staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us in this time of mourning and celebration words alone can not express our extreme appreciation for them all! A special thank you to Entiom Caldace, the engineers (Luis ( I believe) & the kind gentleman that fixed my broken coffee pot) & Angie at the front desk/reservations. Everyone’s patience and relaxed energy helped this event be as stress free as humanly possible! Our family will be forever grateful & thankful!
