Always stay here when I travel to Baltimore area. Very reliable staff, always polite. Always quiet. Always clean. Close to airport and traffic routes that take me where I need to be. They allowed dogs at one time and I wish they still did.

Shuttle service was confusing and misleading via email received ahead of time. Had to use an Uber instead. If the email stated "Since the shuttle service only runs until 12:00am, please find another form of transportation from the airport to the hotel" . I was led to believe you could call and they would shuttle you even after 12:00am because of the wording of the email. I understood that the service stopped at 12:00 am but I was late in my arrival and no way to communicate to the hotel that it would be late. I was stuck and alone in a city that I don't know and extremely late at night.

I travel to this area frequently and always stay here. Feel comfortable and safe, staff is wonderful, room and facility are always clean. Coffee is great! Let cation is good for easy access to freeways.

Laquetta, the front desk concierge, was amazing! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I felt welcomed. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was to correct temperature and taste for its purpose, hot and cold. Delicious.

The bed was a bit hard and lumpy, not UNcomfortable, but maybe because I’m used to my bed at home.. it definitely a firm mattress.

It smelled terrible. Our first room smelled like an ashtray so we were moved to another. The halls all smell like weed. The bed pillows are tiny, there is no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket. The daytime staff was super nice, the night time staff couldn’t have cared less.
