Breakfast was very good and available at the times I needed it. The hotel lobby was under intensive renovation and the (dining?) room was difficult to walk on because the entire floor had its ceramic floor tile removed. Walking on old and uneven remaining mortar with raised tripping hazards was very hazardous for people like me with walking difficulties. This should have been mentioned in the Booking.com facility description.

The bathrooms were terrible. The toilet was the old fashioned short height. The shower drain was clogged causing dirty water to get ankle deep. Disgusting! There was also a lack of places to hang towels to dry. I was also disappointed there was no small Refrigerator and Microwave. To be fair, those were not promised in the booking description. However, I expect those in an up to date facility. The lobby was in process of complete renovation, causing the front doors to be locked. This meant parking and entering in the back door, with fewer parking spots and never an available handicap spot that I require due to medical needs. This MAJOR LOBBY renovation should have been listed in the Booking.com listing. I would made a different hotel choice had the situation been adequately and more accurately described. Booking.com should make renovations in process in their hotel and room descriptions.

Convenient location and daily breakfast. Staff was friendly. Loved that you all provided Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hair tie and shower cap were perfect additions.

No mini refrigerator in the room was a huge disappointment. That’s usually standard these days. Had to get ice multiple times but no ice maker on my floor due to renovations. Under renovation, which is fine but would have been good to know ahead of time. Front entrance was closed most days and the pool was closed. This hotel was selected because it had an outdoor pool. The booking website should indicate it is temporarily closed.

The front Desk was Helpful. Continental Breakfast was also Good. Clean & Close to everything

Great location. Close to EVERYTHING you would need, Starbucks, restaurants, WalMart, CVS, and close to the school. You have access to A GREAT gym close to the hotel that is 24 hour access. Staff super friendly and good continental breakfast.

The location was great but the breakfast was too early for the weekend. Most places serve until 10:00 am on the weekend.

Front doors were broke making it hard to enter. Had to go around to pool to get in. Was cold so this was a issue. Then second night in no hot water wife went to take a shower and about froze. Should have been a heads up from the front desk that they were working on it. Heater was loud.

Location

The location was great. It's close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart. This hotel really has gone downhill. It needs a remodel ASAP! There is absolutely no money going into this IHG location. Very disappointed. Where do I begin! We had mold in our shower. The desk looked like it was a reject from a garage sale. The elevator and floors were filthy. We had problems with the WiFi. Our patio door would not open. Upon arrival we could not enter through the front door. Had to go around to the side door. The staff did the best they could with the limited help.

The breakfast was ok the location was good it’s near a lot of things to do. The views are nice to look at.

The room didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator! Was disappointed in that.

Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom

We weren't very happy because for over 24hours hot water was out. Water was freezing cold and we feel terrible with our 3 year old girl. Couldn't shower and not even good to wash our face. The main door was broken and we had to go in and out through the side door of the building it also affected our parking.

We had a confirmation number and when we 4 hours into our 9 hour trip we got a call from the hotel saying we didn’t have a room for the three days we booked.
