The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was very clean, we had plenty of hot water, water pressure was great, and it was very quiet. The pool and gym were both very clean, plenty of towels, equipment in working order, etc. The breakfast had plenty of options for every type of diet/taste and far exceeded our expectations. The complementary dog treats, waters and coffee were a great added touch. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

The staff. The people that work there were pleasant and kind. They were very very receptive and helped with pointing out areas of interest and restaurants very clean very well Run and I would be happy to stay there again anytime

Honestly, not a Single thing. They were helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, and they were pleasant to us.

Pet friendly and provided a pet gift bag at check in. They were very gracious about late checkout. Decent work out room and indoor pool. Free parking.

There was not a great place to walk the dogs. Given the clientele in the town of Boone, I was surprised that there was no non-dairy creamer option. Limited vegan breakfast options. And the location is on the outskirts of the historic downtown on a busy street.

Parking was tight and limited. Especially because people weren’t parked straight in spot.
