Handling my situation with forgotten glasses! Overall, I had an OK stay, but I encountered an issue regarding the glasses I left behind in my room. Despite notifying the reception about the missing glasses 15 minutes after I checked-out, they were not found. It was disappointing to discover that the glasses had seemingly disappeared within just 20 minutes of my check-out. In addition, I waited for 15 days to receive any response, despite making three calls and sending five emails inquiring about my glasses in the period from Feb 26 until March 11. I hope that this incident can be addressed and prevented in the future to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

The size of the room and the location was decent for a late-night stay.

The decor is old, and the furniture worn down and torn. There was an odor to the room, but I was able to rid of it with incense and air freshener. I also didn't like almost being robbed by housekeeping. At approximately 830am my partner and I went out for coffee at WaWa and had planned to return back to the hotel to have breakfast and relax before 12pm checkout. When I pulled up in front of the room, we saw the housekeeping walking from out of our room with our belongings and birthday gifts I gad for my partner. After yelling hey that's our stuff they gave it to us, and we placed everything in the trunk of our car. We went to check the room, and everything was gone even the bed was stripped. By this time, it's only near 930 still not check out time. The lady housekeeping thought she hit big on a Friday morning with a dozen roses, a bouquet of ballons and a 5th of Hennessey. She come from the room smiling and laughing. I went to the front, but they didn't show much concern of what just happened. Nor was I offered any compensation or explanation why I lost 3.5 hours of my stay time and was going to have my belongings stolen if I stayed at Wawa any longer. The manager did have them go thru the trash to find my girlfriend baggage claim ticket that was laying on the bed before they came into our room unpermitted. Also, my 600$ pair of Coach prescription glasses were stolen from the bedroom closet but was not returned to me. This place is a joke, with poor customer. Don't stay here unless you like old, smelly rooms with destructed furniture and thieves as employees.
