It was clean.

I was put in a room with a tv that didn’t work. Then I was moved to a room with a running toilet. The water ran the entire stay. I was also over charged and have yet to hear back from anyone about that. Over all, I would not recommend.

The second room was a lot better than the first room they tried to put me in.

Halls were swampy hot due to AC issues, first room TV would cut out and stop working every 5-10 minutes, and main lobby was depressing and smelly.

Location was convenient for work.

Person checking me in upon arrival was less than courteous as typically encountered with Courtyard staff. The room smelled musty with a smoke smell. Furniture and carpet in room stained and dated. Glad I only had to stay one night for business travel.

Ice Machine wasn't working. Hall way was super hot. Was given a room that I didn't book. The sofa bed didn't have sheets and was super dirty. No free breakfast.

the staff was very pleasant

original rooms air conditioning was not working, luckily after a few hours I was able to move rooms and the guest bed in the new room was absolutely disgusting I can’t not believe that the hotel actually keeps it! made the whole room feel gross unfortunately I was not in a predicament where I could find another place to stay at the moment.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a range of amenities to make my stay more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, such as a fitness center and restaurant, which added to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience.

I didn;t like the internet and the level of lighting in the room.
