Help full staff. Onsite restaurant bar completed our stay

Nothing. All was great.

A huge ripoff. We were told they had a restaurant. Funny. The food was good, service pleasant but mighty slow. Did not repeat breakfast after first day. Breakfast across street at Towne Plaza included in room price.

Tv didn't work, had to have repairman, light by bed switch was bad. It nearly took a hammer to get it to turn on or off. TV in fitness room left BLARING all night. We were one room down. NO COOL WATER. I'm not talking cold, but HOT water came out of sink and tub faucets whether it was turned to cold water or hot water. I expected a lot more from a Hilton. Would never stay there again, even though I have another grandchild attending Mercer. It's all show and reputation and location. Facilities have not been kept up.

The facilities were nice and the staff were very accommodating.

Very friendly help young lady at the check in desk and checking out. So helpful she was awesome

friendly staff, beatiful pool, room was neat and very comfortable.

I always love my front desk clerk she is the sweetest person that’s why I keep coming back

I know Erica have to have off days but when I heard she was off I cried real Tears she the best Bartender ever next time I book I’m going to make sure she working

Time with family and good location
