There was public hair on the tub under the towel and the drain wouldn't work. I had to pull a giant hair ball from the drain to the bathtub drain to work. The toilet paper hanger was broken and I was informed the pool and hot tub were closed until after I booked. I doubt I will ever stay here again.

The property was very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice!

I was a bit disappointed to find the kitchen closed due to the fact that there was no warning on this online when I booked my stay. It was very inconvenient because there wasn’t much options near by to have breakfast. This needs to be mentioned before booking online .

The room was clean and comfortable and the price was fair.

There were some college sports teams there, on numerous floors, that were loud and disruptive. They were in the hallways loud and noisy until 3 am. We tried to call the front desk and just got a busy signal.

Location. Staff was unhelpful. Supposedly a suite, but seemed more like a basic room.

Our first stay was Sept 4. Treated very well. Stayed again Sept 12. Not treated so well and charged $200.00 temp fee which did not happen on our first stay. To date our $200 deposit has not been returned. Why!!! We called hotel but did not receive a good answer. If we have not received money back by Monday we will report fraud.
