This is a great location and a very nice property. It’s priced right for the location and services available. It isn’t fancy or luxurious, and that suits me fine. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They really need more handicapped parking spaces available. If you are at all sensitive to fragrance this is not the place for you! They use way too much air freshener or Fabrezze or something. The rooms are always very heavily perfumed. I usually check in, open the windows and leave for an hour.

night staff was not to the level of professionalism pool was not that clean washroom door, kitchen sink faucets were about to dismantle. when we were to get out of there in the morning rush, water supply was shut off!!! can you believe it? I gave my feed back to them and never receive even an apology call. wow. worst hotel experience ever, well, in Canada. don’t go there unless they sincerely change

I stayed for a total of 2 and a half months..paying 650 a week! I only learned they offer a monthly rate until after i stayed there for 2 months and i couldve been saving 100 a week. Then i didn't get paid the day I was supposed to so was hoping since I had been there for so long that they would've worked with me. But no, I had to move all my things out and sleep in my car for 2 days until my money came in. So I checked back in and it was until I came out for breakfast that one of the staff asked me what I was doing there. And not very nicely so I knew something was wrong. I asked her what she was talking about and she told me i had been put on a national do not rent to list. She said that I owed $300 and they tried to charge my card but it was declined. I guess because I didn't stay the whole month but only 2 weeks, I was charged for weekly rate plus some. No one told me when i checked out. No one told me when I checked back in either. I let her know I didn't know anything about it cause no one told me but she didn't care and told me it was already in collections. How the f... could it be in collections after 2 days. Plus NO ONE told me! Now i have to pay 300 before I can rent there again. And i was living paycheck to paycheck so i dont have an extra 300 lying around.

the terrible smell came from unit 209, a big pet issues affecting the whole area . I was having headaches and feeling sick all the time. Reported to front desk several times. Not solution and never offered a new room. the supervisor never was there when I asked.
