Location was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Multiple things were wrong with our room. The phone would not work, we couldn't get the room warm enough no matter what we set the thermastat, and we could not connect to wifi with info provided. Also, the pool was supposedly heated, but the water was cold and so was the room where the pool was. We had to go get our coats to sit and watch the kids. Pool towels were small and cheap. Room was decent, but nothing special.

Location

We had an issue with the thermostat, but it was fixed by the next morning. Cold water in the pool, I've seen other people just turned around and didn't want to swim there. Breakfast could be better. Almost No choice for people with milk allergies. Fried potato? For breakfast? (Mashed potatoes would be more popular) boiled eggs would be nice too. Almond milk, almond yogurt. Basically I could eat only fried potatoes and sausages. So I had a choice to have an allergy and diarrhea or heartburn. But it's ok I'm survived. Some people at the front desk could be more friendly.

Minor cosmetic discrepancies in the room. The parking lot is not so great but tolerable.

My room didn't get cleaned everyday.no microwave

Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Met a maintenance worker who was very helpful as well.

I didn't like that breakfast was available but I had to purchase it before hand. Wasn't a big deal because there was places near that served breakfast.

Clean

I requested a handicap room with double beds because I was traveling with my disabled mother and my deaf 5 year old. We arrived and were given a non-handicap room on the 5th floor over halfway down the hall (long walker walk) room 503. The room had a king bed and sofa bed. I called and was given a different non handicap room with double beds. My mother is unable to step over tub to shower. I was told they had no handicap rooms. My daughter is also deaf and we did not have the proper fire alarms. Also, how the heck am I going to get my mom down 5 flights of steps in the event of a fire. Very disappointing

Being close to Greenville and the Bon Secor for our concert.

The guy that checked us in never looked us in the eye, stared at his computer, did not greet us or just make small talk. My husband and I are very easy going so we tried to make him laugh and it was not one of our best customer service moments. The room smelled like mildew but was semi clean, cool and comfortable. Again same guy at check out did not ask us how was our stay, did we have any issues... At FLAT nothing. Just asked my room # and sent me on my way with my receipt. I know turnover is huge, times are hard and I work with customers all day long and I try to be positive, engaging and present! Like I said we tried to make him laugh and he did not even notice. Maybe he was having a bad day and we all have those but you should always respect and TRY to engage with your customers! I will stay here again if the price is right but have my doubts about the experience will be different.

It’s nice clean and quiet.

I did not like how our toilet ran all night in the room. And the breakfast you pay $16 for the same foods that o can get at another hotel for free that was a major rip off!
