TV too small for this room. Also did not have SEC Channel which I wanted because I was attending the SEC tournament. So I checked out early because of this.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The back door connected to the parking lot was broken so you had to park in the back and walk all the way around the front to enter. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 am,but was cleaned up and put away everyday by 9.am. Television remote was broken and the desk staff refused to give us batteries but instead gave us a second remote that also didn't work.

Bed was comfy

Pillows were wimpy, breakfast was lackluster

Not clean, sticky carpet in the room, toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door, stains on the carpet, elevator so incredibly slow

The pillows sucked☹️. We were put on a floor with many dogs and very noisy young people. Doors slamming, whooping and hollering, just no rest at all

room had dirty towels hanging on the shower rod when I checked into my room. coach had some kind of brown stuff on it. had an additional $50 fee that was not stated on the website.
