The area of location and staff

It smelled like dead bodies ! No free breakfast! It was not clean and I seen bed bugs in bed

The building was clean from the entrance to the room

Nothing never got to stay they canceled my rooms negotiating got to check in

I can't use 3rd party bookings any more me and my elder mom, and 2 aunts had absolutely no place to stay and if we did find a hotel that had room we didn't have the money to stay so this experience the weekend has made me feel like it was a disregard to human, just imagine you have in hand a confirmation that says you will have a room and you call while on you just to be courteous of running late and they tell you you rooms was cancel given to someone that didn't have reservations .

Went down to Bistro for dinner. The kitchen staff was eating at that time. Not enthusiastic to take our orders but they did make them. We didn’t go back again.

Staff was very nice

I booked a room with a tub they gave me one with a shower and told me I couldn't have one with a tub. The toilet in my room was leaking u couldn't hook your game system up to the TV
