the location is what we needed

it is not clean and needs a major update. They charge a 100 dollar deposit no matter what. The information online said only if you live within 100 miles

Black mold every where

No swimming pool advertising said that it was there. They didn't clean our room. Didn't give us any clean towels. Only 1 ice machine and it was on the second floor. No breakfast.

We checked out before breakfast. The location was close to the airport, which was good.

The ac in the room was not efficient and it squeaked all night.

The room was not clean. Facilities were not as promised. Staff was rude.

Dirty. Nothing worked. Pool closed. No staff. Had people living in the rooms. No food. Everyone complaining every time went to desk. Room was filthy and smelt like backed up sewer in bathroom. No towels.

I liked the location, for the most part. Near restaurants, shopping, etc. On the bus line, not far from the airport/shuttle, pool-but you have to ask the front desk to let you in, laundry-washer/dryer, vending machines, most staff were friendly and helpful, picked up garbage daily outside, accommodating to my needs, and quiet for the most part..

Seemed a little nosey- at least in my situation, room was a bit dirty, toilet wouldn't flush- they did fix?-but then you had the hold the handle down, the water was not hot in the 1st room, they moved me to another room- same issue with water- next day they shut the water off completely -didn't tell the guests- wasn't happy about that- seemed afterwards water had more pressure and hotter, 2nd room-2 lights didn't have lightbulbs, phone light kept flashing and phone cord was broke, they just switched the phone(I hope they put a note on the phone to fix the light, and not just ended up putting it in another room by simply swapping), I replaced the bulbs-they gave to me, a couple of staff sitting in rooms talking on cell phones-personal, didn't like the fact I had to ask front desk to let me in the pool, no tv guide, dresser drawers had something in them?-they should've been cleaned, bed skirt was messy and not cleaned. No luggage rack in 2nd room. All simple fixes- just need to pay more attention to details.

Location

Didn’t clean our room unless we specifically went down to the counter and asked them to do it. Even after asking, they only made the beds but did not clean up the bathroom and refill soap and shampoo. we thought after asking the first night, they would make it a habit to service our room each day, but they did not. We stayed for 5 nights and only had it cleaned once. They also locked the lobby door after 10pm, which was a little sketchy. Made us feel that we were in an unsafe place. Website advertises breakfast, but does not offer breakfast.
