The room was big, the bed was very nice, tv was big enough. AC did its job. Staff was nice, but someone different every day. Breakfast was okay, not special. There was a waffle making machine, which is awesome. There were always parking spots.

Our room was very smelly, maybe mold? The carpet was dirty and had wet spots. The bath had stains in it and looked uninviting, maybe broken or rust? Stuff just looked dated and very used. The double parking spots were very impractical because you might had to wait for a car behind you to be moved. I stayed a few days and would be content to stay longer, that being said, I don't know if I'd book again.

Breakfast was generous. Room lovely and clean but decor a bit dated. Staff really friendly, especially the young lady on front desk on Saturday and Sunday the 17th & 18th June.

Not enough room in breakfast room. Second booking quite expensive as there was only one person in room.

Easily accessible covered parking. Very good Japanese resraurant in the plaza adjacent to the hotel - very popular with locals (good, fresh food, generous portions)

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Our original room did not have a working ac and he got us into a nearby room right away.

The rooms are a bit dated. Lots of spackle patches never painted, falling apart closet doors, rusting toilet paper holders ECT.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sonny at the front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions, and Laura in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind to the kids we had with us. we had 3 rooms for 3 nights with 5 adults and 7 kids.

The location was sketchy and there is no shuttle to the airport. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere. I couldn’t saved the money by returning my rental car a day earlier by having shuttle service

The soundproofing is poor. So you are forced to “enjoy” all noises from outside while you are sleeping.

The housekeeping and breakfast staff were very nice.

Gnats, gnats and more gnats in the bathroom. Contacted the front desk after check-in as the sink was clogged too. The young woman behind the desk didn't know what gnats were and I told her bugs. She informed me that maintenance would come to our room in the morning - and that was fine with me. Next day we went to Universal and after a day at the park, arrived back at the hotel to see that the sink drain was fixed, but now there were MORE gnats. I went downstairs to inquire about the 'fix' and that hotel agent (super nice) said, oh let me contact my manager; you go back to your room and pack up and we'll switch your room - she said that she had one available. Went back to the room - packed up our items and then received a phone call that the manager wouldn't approve the room switch. Not acceptable. Also, the area is not very nice. When I demagnitized my key accidentally, I went to the hotel front desk and they didn't even ask me my name - just room number and gave me a key. For that area, they should beef up security. Wrote to Best Western Corporate and still have not received a response - contacted them one week ago.

Beakfast was simple, coffee, waffles, fruits & hard boiled egg. Enough to start the morning.

The room smelled of cleaning detergents or antiseptics, I had to turn on the bathroom fan to get rid of it.

The Breakfast was great, it was more to offer then so many other hotels, Laura was phenomenal i met her from day 1, she was always on top of keeping the place clean and making sure everyone was happy. Everyone loved and knew her.

The Safe didnt work, i called to reported it twice at front desk but nobody came to fix it.
