close to my daughters house.

Coffee maker was broke lost 6 kcups because they got squashed ,The tv was messed up couldn't change channels with out messing around with the remote a lot, the dresser was messed up and my wife had to put a tea bag between the draws to keep them shut.the hall carpet was old and messed up out side the elevators .

Breakfast was great, had a good variety of items. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Surrounding area was a little shady, but Hotel had security on site and front doors were locked.

Nothing, the entire stay was great!

I consider that the parking is expensive. It should be free for the hotel customers

We drove from east bay to attend a 1 year old birthday party at 12:00 noon. We arrived 2 - 3 hours prior to check-in. We were going to use the hotel restroom to get ready but was told that we could check-in :-) there was a room available. Really pleased !!

such a great find pretty near airport. modern, clean, amazing hot breakfast, bed was extremely comfortable with great linens, staff was fabulous. Security around near parking and Libby so felt very safe. Was very impressed- didn’t expect this level of service, chi cness or fabulous bed and breakfast at holiday express. Great efficient yet comfortable facility! Thank you!

the location isn’t upscale but once u pull into driveway, you’re at home and pleasantly welcomed!

The pool area closes and opens to early and no privacy anybody can see inside out through the hole on the door I have to put some tissue through the hole to covered very unsafe no privacy and ridiculous charging extra for parking lot plus $50 for early checkin but if you check out early very good for them without a return

This hotel is about 10 min from Universal. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants and short drive from many others. The breakfast was plentiful. And the rooms were very spacious. The staff was nice and helpful when I had car troubles. The area is not fancy, nada it's LA so you will see some homeless tents near the hotel. But there's plenty of folks outside at night grabbing food and i never felt unsafe as a woman with 2 kids.

As always the lighting in Holiday Inn hotels sucks. You have to turn in every single bulb in the room to make it bright enough. And don't get me started about how to put on makeup with that lightning. I would have also preferred connecting rooms as i had to make a choice to leave my 2 teenager kids (both minors) sleep in a room alone. But they were very accommodating in getting us rooms right across from each other.

very quiet for being so close to a Main Street , very clean, they were awesome about extending check out for us when we got in.

could hear upstairs guests a couple of times but nothing bad at all.
