Lage sehr gut, keine Homeless in dieser Gegend. Bars und Geschäfte sehr gut zu erreichen. Auto steht sicher im Hotel. Busstation sehr nah.
Kein Fahrstuhl, sehr laut durch andere Leute abends auf der Terrasse. Innenhof schallt sehr stark.
Bad und Zimmer waren nur oberflächlich gereinigt, nicht wirklich sauber. In der Dusche waren noch Haare.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional.
One of the most alarming incidents occurred when I parked my car. The parking lot is very small and was full, so I left a note with my room number on the windshield and parked inside, hoping that when another car left, they would call my room so I could move it. To my surprise, one of the employees yelled at me and threatened to call the police, saying they would charge me a fine. His attitude was intimidating and completely unacceptable. What happened to "the customer is always right"?
But that wasn't all. During my stay, the cleaning service was nonexistent. The room was not cleaned even once in the four days I was there. The bed was never made, and the trash was not taken out, which is simply unacceptable for any establishment calling itself a hotel.
In summary, this place is a disaster. Rude and threatening staff, nonexistent cleaning service, and management that clearly doesn't care about its guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Management was on top of everything during our stay. They were vigilant about who was on their property. They handled everything in a timely manner. They were good at communicating. The property was nicely maintained for a good price point.

La ubicación, la cama gigante y muy cómoda. Las sábanas muy suaves. La habitación moderna. El hombre que nos atendió varias veces en la recepción durante el día.
Lo peor la mujer asiática que nos atendió por la noche en la recepción muy fría, seca y malhumorada. El mantenimiento de los rodapies y los detalles que deberían cuidar más. El armario de la ropa parecía viejo. Algunos muebles estaban desplegados, la silla tenía el respaldo roto. El aparcamiento olía a desagüe.

Amazing location! Delicious Indian restaurant right beside hotel. 30 second walk to Chestnut St with lots of restaurants, and shopping. Close to convenience store, Walgreens, dispensary, groceries, and other amenities like laundromat.
Housekeeping is not offered daily but if you ask they will accommodate.

Large bed. The room was mostly clean. Refrigerator and iron were in the room.
The bathroom sliding door didnt close properly, there were a bunch of stains on the floor. There were multiple stains on the floor as well as on the bedsheets.
The microwave that was promised in the description wasn't there. Even after we were told multiple times that we will receive one, we never did.

- Friendly receptionist on arrival who gave us lots of details during check in.
- Firm bed that was comfortable to sleep in.
- The room smelled terribly of stale smoke. It just seemed to linger in the air and whenever you opened the door to the room the smell of smoke just hit you in the face.
- The shower temperature didn’t get very hot and switched between hot and cold very often.
- Shower base was very dirty.
- The sink tap water did not run cold, so we asked the receptionist to fill our water bottles for us…this water was still so warm!
- Woken up by workers stood directly outside our room talking extremely loudly for what seemed like hours. All before 7am!

Shower didn't work. WiFi was out all weekend, and there was no rush to fix it. Took a three hour zoom meeting at a coffee shop. Desk person at check in was sleeping and seemed bothered that I work her up at 10:30p or so when I checked in. Pretty much a bad experience all around.

The lady at the lobby was very rude and made checking in difficult for us. After reading the reviews of the hotel, I think it seems like a recurring complaint. The hotel needs to think about changing her :). The rooms were not maintained properly. The initial room we were offered had a leak from the fridge which seemed like it had been leaking for hours since there was a lot of water on the floor when we arrived.
The alternate room we were then given was very unhygienic. The sheets had stains and the previous guests hair. Don’t think they even change the sheets or clean the room before the next guest checks in. We were booked to stay for 4 nights but, we ended up leaving the hotel less than an hour after we checked in.
Would never recommend anyone coming to San Francisco on holiday to stay here.

No wifi, our Tv didn’t work and for about half the trip we had no hot water, disgusting stains on chairs, half the power sockets didn’t work and some of them were falling out the wall, the hairdryer was old and loud and short circuited and started smoking when we used it, smelt like burning metal and the plug in the bath was clogged

There is one woman who works there who is very rude and doesnt smile, one word answers, makes you feel like you are seriously inconveniencing her
