water in shower leaked out of the washroom. shower head had a lot lime and was clogged and couldn’t use all the options for that shower head. I told the young lady a the front desk she gave me some consideration

Great service, great breakfast, amazing room, the hotel was in a great location, and easy to find.

Some of the doors weren't able to get back into so had to go through the lobby to get back to our room

Too many chemicals in the pool caused rash and ruined swimsuit. A refund was given to guests that booked directly with BW but I have been unable to get a refund through Booking.com despite multiple contacts with them.
