Nothing

It was dirty. Our nonsmoking room allowed cigarette and pot smoke into the room because there was a huge opening at bottom of door. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The paint on bathroom wall is chipping. The sheets had a hole in them.

Everything was disgusting. The floor is sticky and full of crust that gets picked up by our feet and we had to clean them off every time we got in bed. There were bugs everywhere including BED BUGS. The shower was damaged and had a leaky faucet. You can hear and smell everything outside the room. Cigarette smoke was coming through the door making it feel like a smoking room when it was supposed to be non smoking. We were constantly disturbed by stomping and loud talking when we were trying to sleep. Maintenance opened the door and tried to come in before we could even wake up and give permission. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. The chair in the corner is covered in stains. Staff claimed there was no way to set up a gaming system to the tv so we had to bring our own. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Staff lied about how long we could have our dog there over the phone so when we arrived we were told something completely different. The pool was closed even though it’s scolding hot outside. Fire alarm went off for no reason. We tried to shorten our stay because of how dissatisfied we were but they wouldn’t allow it and offered a refund that would still have us paying more than we would if we had originally booked only 3 days.

I liked that the pool was open

Didn’t like the smoking and drinking around the pool while I was there with my kids, also bad smell in our room.

Room smelled musty. Looked like they did half job on any renovations. Taped areas still up where they started painting. People loitering around property.

Everthing was fine. Clean rooms and nice staff. Good value. Will go back Perfect location.

Location

The first room they put me in was dirty. Trash everywhere and the beds weren't even made. One bed had pillows and blankets laying on it. The mattresses were not comfy and the pillows were tiny and hard. The floor was filthy.
