Cleanliness of rooms. Concierge staff at Check-in staff were AWESOME! Beds were comfy

Smell in hallway on our floor. Concierge staff at check-out. It was like night and day. not friendley at all!

Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The vending room being lock on our floor and having go down to the 1 st floor and a in room microwave would have made it great

The breakfast was great. Location was good as close to highway, but not loud.

The second room for my friend was locked from the inside. I had to go down to the desk, go back up to show the desk staff, go back down to get another key. Just annoying. This should have been checked prior to assigning that room. The area around the pool was very slippery. Water everywhere from kids jumping in the pool. I almost fell three times just trying to get to a chair to put my stuff down. The have a sign up for wet surface, but should be one for death trap.

Convenient

The coffee maker in the room is a nasty Kcup.The last person who used the showers soap was still in it. There was no coffee in the lobby, you had to order it in the restaurant. BEWARE, when it says breakfast included it means a sit down and order breakfast, not the normal buffet set up.

Hotel was close to one of our trip attractions (Medieval Times). Facility was clean and had a hot tub in the Pool area.

Confusing food policy. Breakfast included as a coupon to the lobby restaurant for adults only, kids still need purchasing. But kids eat free with purchase of Adult Entree, but that policy doesn’t count with breakfast coupon. Be sure to get clarification on these policies up front. Shower is open with only a glass partition and no curtain. it’s fine but inconvenient for families who may try to use the bathroom in tandem while getting ready.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice.
