I like the size of the room and bed..I liked it had a mini fridge and microwave..Nice TV, I like the price of the room....I liked the shower

I didn't like that I had to leave so soon..Would have liked an extra day ...Location is a bit far.. I didn't like that TV only has certain channels ..Only 1 lamp worked in the room out of 3

I like the payment method...I like the price.. I like the bed size... I like their is a microwave and little fridge

I didn't like the destination... I had to pay too much for a taxi ..The microwave wasn't cleaned, Didn't like the boric acid in the room.. Didn't like the small towels

The horrible place what I even saw. I booked because I saw normal pictures but that what I saw when arrived that is shocked me! Stinky dirty place with rude receptionist which don’t know what room is actually available ( he give me a key I opened door and surprise- some people are there!) Crazy! Dirty bedding, carpets and bathroom. Strange people, cannabis smells inside. That is not a hotel and service at all, Red Carpet is like a barn for animals. Very disappointed. It was very bad experience for my family . In the middle of the night I was forced to find normal place to stay. What about refund I’m not sure. The man from the front desk told me that he will refund to Booking.com and then they should refund me. Not sure that is true. because he refused to show me refund receipt or some confirmation about, he told me that “is a business secret”.

It definitely needs to be updated! one of my lights didn’t work,the sheets hard cigarette burns! it was just disgusting! The lobby smelled like old cigarettes and mop water

It was unacceptable and I couldn't remain there in a bedbug infested room. I felt safer in my car. It will take days to unpack, inspect and clean up my belongings.

In the middle of the night, I found bedbugs in my room, then in a 2nd room that I had to move to, neither room was updated or clean.

The spa bath was really amazing Everything was clean The bed was very comfortable First time I have stayed in a Red Carpet Inn, and looking forward to many more along the East Coast

I couldn't find a false note. My room was exceptional for this price. Those who claim that they had a rodent in their room, go eat that bagel instead of leaving it in the backpack all night long. My stay was great, and I have been in about fifteen different hotels/motels within 20 days...

was dirty, stink, everything I there was broken. worse then a dumpster

it was close to the highway

it wasn’t clean and it was very noisy
