The pool was not open and housecleaning didn’t clean my room as much as I wanted.

La piscina muy linda y limpia, la habitación era cómoda, pero el baño un poco húmedo.

En primer lugar, cuando hice la reservación. No se especificó el pago y llegando al lugar. Solo aceptaban tarjeta bancaria… casi pierdo la reserva por lo mismo. Y lo otro en la habitación la alarma estuvo sonando dos noches seguidas por falta de batería, luego la fueron a cambiar y al rato volvió a sonar. Eso significa que estuve 3 días con ese ruido molesto… y no logré dormir bien ninguna noche. Lo otro el personal no resuelve ninguna duda.

Preis - Leistung war top! Alle Zimmer sind im Parterre - also kein Kofferschleppen ins 1. oder 2. OG. Auto kann direkt vor dem Zimmer geparkt werden. Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer war sauber.

Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch obwohl Nichtraucher Zimmer und der Besuch von mehreren Kakerlaken war abstoßend.

First room the ac/heat unit did not work, there's no one at front desk after 8 so we had to deal. Next room no water pressure what so ever. Bathroom floor feels like it may give at any moment. The lights flickered on and off. There's easily an inch gap under door. You can feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were actually falling apart
