breakfast was very good - lots of options and very tasty the hotel was clean the rooms were comfortable, the bed was comfortable

check in was very slow only one elevator was working we asked for a walk in shower. We got a shower set up for a wheel chair and it was difficult to adjust the shower - we probably should have requested another room - water leaked out out of the shower and the floor got quite wet

How unbelievable unprofessional they are! And they had the nerve to still try and charge me a cancelation fee ???? After I called them to explain and my traveling third party reached out to them !

I liked the cozy room with balcony and the breakfast included with room fee.

We checked out on 3-17-2023. My spouse dropped the keys off at the desk and told the agent that we were checking out. We were charged for 2 more days. Our original reservation was 3-12-23 to 3-19-23. My credit card has been charged for the whole week. But we left on 3-17-2023 around 6:30AM ish,

Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff at the front office was very kind and welcoming. It was cleaned very regularly and the breakfast was alright!

Sadly the rooms are incredibly noisy, every step in the hallway or doors closing is heard in the room like it is happening right next to your ear. It is great that the hotel is being cleaned all day, but because the rooms are not noise cancelled the continuous vacuuming outside can become a little bit exhausting. There were paper shields everywhere with “protect the planet” when it comes to the towels, which is great, but everything at the breakfast buffet was out of plastic, plates, cutlery and mugs. That would definitely be better for the environment if to be changed.
