Great breakfast buffet, good coffee in lobby and friendly staff.

Room was dated and had areas where attention was needed. Our bathroom ceiling had water damage and a hole that was covered with stucco see-through tape.

Location was good, breakfast was good - since we were traveling it saved another stop on our trip - able to grab some food and get moving - always a plus for us. Room was a little small, hallway corridor was loud as you could hear full conversations through the door. Overall good for what we needed a place to rest while traveling.

Hallway corridors were loud and you could hear full conversations through the closed doors. Rooms a bit smaller than we are used to - but clean and nice for an overnight stay while traveling.

Location and very amicable staff.

I made a reservation for double beds, I got 1 bed. Room was small, no closet. The bed sheet had a yellow stain. The AC HAD MOLD AS WELL AS THE WINDOW CURTAIN.

Everything was close.

The room smelled and the carpet was wet and air conditioning didn’t work in the morning.

The bathroom and water temperature are nice.

The room smelled like mold and was humid. The floor was covered with a carpet but it smelled like the carpet has been wet and not dried in a while.

Noise from Highway was horrible asked to be moved and was refused . Stayed at a Hampton in the night prior and was the same . No sleep for two nights and expensive ! Breakfast was limited .

I was charged for a room I did not stay in. I thought the hotel had a pool. That was my reason for booking the room. When I learned there was no pool. I asked for a refund and I never received any of my money back.

The hotel is right off 95 so the road noise is constant.

Heater was on-off, noisy, fan overpowered. Seriously interfered with sleep. Staff stated guests had often complained.

Hampton Inns are my favorite. The breakfast is always good.

The room was next to the lobby. It was noisy until 10:30 pm.

WiFi was really poor. initially was hard to connect to and then was very weak and inconsistent

I didn’t like the fact that I was accused of smoking in the room when my husband clearly had his oxygen tank and WE DON’T EVEN SMOKE. I emailed the GM about the issue bc we were threatened that we were going to have to leave the property and NEVER got a response. Also, I notified the front desk at checkin I wanted housekeeping daily and the first couple of days it wasn’t done.

stopped to get key at 2:00 pm no keys not working late for appointment …in conveniencedso so at 9:00 pm Dec 24 th 2022 keys did not work had to be taken to the room inconvenience no internet inconvenience had work to do no TV inconvenience wanted to watch TV next morning. at breakfast both the decaf and dark roast coffees were undrinkable no rolls a few bagel halves but a line for waffles and could not get to buffet inconvenient had to wait to destination to get coffee and food…. at check out stated issues told they just resolved them but we were leaving ❓❓❓no receipt given ❓❓
