Room had bed bugs, hair on towels, I found a weird pill some type of drug and the worker Remi at the front desk was rude and told he didn’t care about my situation.

We were there for 10 minutes and realized there's fleas or bed bugs we went downstairs told the guy at the front desk and he said he's going to refund the money and he never did

It was easy to get to off 95.

Room smelled like smoke. everything is old, shabby, and dirty.

The room next to the one I was staying,I was staying in room (400), was too loud, I couldn't sleep all night into the early morning.. the talking and playing from that room (402), was to loud, I did call the front desk twice and the attendance say he want up and spoke with them and the noise stop for a few minutes but they resume with the loud talking and laughing.. I didn't had a restful night.. very disappointed...

Perfect location . Women in the front was very nice

MOTEL 6 MILFORD, CT Upon arrival at the hotel we saw a costumer yelling with profanity at the desk staff because the pool was closed even though it stated on the website that it was open. She was told to read the fine print! We had three people in double bed room. There was only one bath mat a Two large towels. That's not even enough for us to shower. I went to the front desk to ask for two extra towel. I was told by the front desk clerk to see a housekeeper for towels. I found a housekeeper who couldn't speak English. She said no towel and brought me to the laundry room where I was told there was no extra towels in the entire hotel until they wash more. This was at 10:00am and they just got to work. Needless to say only two of us showered and had to move our son into the University of New Haven that day. We will never stay here again. Thank you for listening.

I had stayed here 3 or 4 years ago and it was WAY better. Really went down hill.

the whole building smelled like weed, rooms are not cleaned well, staff don’t care

Location is very good and parking is easy. The casual nature of this Motel is very nice. Everything is very close to the Motel so you don't have far to travel for shopping and eating. Your pets are welcome here as well. The Manager John is very accommodating and always courteous and nice to the guests. "How I wish they make a million like him." (From Tik Tok)...John will do his best to fix any problems that may arise. Good price.🙂

I didn't receive breakfast at all. I didn't know that they serve breakfast at this location. Other then that, the location is great and so are the prices

What I didn't like was the dogs barking or the paper thin walls. You can hear a whole lot of love making through these paper thin walls.

Everybody was really nice and accommodating there. The rooms were clean.

I didn't like that there were a lot of animals there. I know it's a pet friendly hotel but the hallways and the stairwells smelled like dirty little boxes
