I had lunch and it was great, and shuttle service was great.

The staff were amazing-Jean Civil and George Ramirez and staff were way above amazing. The shuttle drivers to the concert - amazing. I hope everyone realizes what an amazing staff they have even those amazing ones that came around and did our rooms. It takes an entire staff to make the stay excellent and you guess have them.

Only cuz it’s a question- a little more diverse menu post concert - when we go to the restaurant at 11 pm lol

You must pay $20 for the Continents Breakfast because all the restaurants are minutes away from the hotel. The food is average and overpriced. The rooms are a nice size but dated. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and the bathroom sink was leaking. Not only that but I was late for a meeting because the shower broke. They said they'd make up for it. They did not.

It's not convenient or economical to stay here. And the restaurant is closed until 5pm unless you pay for breakfast.

To hang your clothes you couldn’t. The area is fine the bar should just be higher.

We were assigned to room 235 & the bathroom smelled of weed which penetrated to the bedroom. I reported it to the front desk & when I returned to the room that evening the smell was still there. I have a future reservation at this hotel and based on this past experience I’ll likely cancel & find another area hotel.

We had 2 rooms confirmed and upon arrival were told there was only one. The manager wanted to give us a higher profile room at 2 times our original cost so we cancelled and George the manager said we would not be charges a cancellation fee but upon arriving home my credit card was charged $168.89 which I immediately challenged with my credit card company!
