Location is great. We were able to take a nice walk around the lake in the morning and then went to the Mall across the street to do some shopping. Thee Lobby is nice and the bar convenient.

Check in was well after 4pm when we arrived the air conditioning did not work and the refrigerator was leaking. I was told I would receive a comp for the room but have not seen that as of yet

Elevators smelled musty. The hallways were humid. Workers were rude.

I loved the room, it was clean and spacious. The view was great.

For a place with so many options for food, there should not be a time slot where you can’t get food on the premises. Especially during the day.

Staff was pleasant and the location was great.

I booked the room for out of town family and the first room they were put in had feces on/in the toilet. I was embarrassed to have booked for them.

Front desk took a while to take our call. We needed some ice n we were on hold for a good 7mnts. Also u didn’t provide an ice bucket, so when the ice melted in the bag, which was sitting on the counter, it moved on its own overnight n spilled into the carpet. We notified the front desk of this n needed to soak up the water wt our bath towels. Overall everyone was friendly including the front desk but the wait on the phone was telling us they needed another person working the front desk for support. Especially during check in times as we arrived at 4pm. A very nice hotel n we will return there. Thanks the Romeros
