I loved the room, it was clean and spacious. The view was great.
For a place with so many options for food, there should not be a time slot where you can’t get food on the premises. Especially during the day.

Staff was pleasant and the location was great.
I booked the room for out of town family and the first room they were put in had feces on/in the toilet. I was embarrassed to have booked for them.

Almost everything
Front desk took a while to take our call. We needed some ice n we were on hold for a good 7mnts. Also u didn’t provide an ice bucket, so when the ice melted in the bag, which was sitting on the counter, it moved on its own overnight n spilled into the carpet. We notified the front desk of this n needed to soak up the water wt our bath towels. Overall everyone was friendly including the front desk but the wait on the phone was telling us they needed another person working the front desk for support. Especially during check in times as we arrived at 4pm. A very nice hotel n we will return there. Thanks the Romeros

Location. To Merriweather Post Pavilion. 10 min Walk on same side of road! The hotel offers a shuttle night of concert if you dont want to walk.

The environment, staff and overall vibe were all amazing! I loved the taste of Columbia that the Merriweather Lakehouse offers (e.g. photos related to Columbia, view and proximity to the lakefront & nearby events)! Many walkable activities.
I wouldn’t say, “didn’t like.”
Something I “would like” is to see local goods sold in the coffee shop. I noticed there was a tea from Texas and some other goods-how fun!
An idea-get local coffee/espresso. There is a place I can recommend. Also, many other local goods that could be shared/sold at this amazing spot♥️

A really wonderful property! A great place to stay, especially if you're seeing a show at Merriweather.
The noise between rooms is a bit intense. I could hear the conversation of the people next door as clearly as if they were sitting next to me. We were in a room with one of those adjoining doors, so perhaps that exacerbated the issue.

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Morgan went above and beyond to compensate for the mishap with housekeeping. The view of the lake from the hotel, amenities and close proximity to shops, restaurants and concert venue was awesome.

The property is near to the Merriweather Pavilion.
The Sunday morning breakfast service was very poor. Long waiting time before receiving the food and the preparation of food. Also, the early closing of bar service when there an event at the Merriweather pavilion. The bar and food service should be longer than 10pm.

Didn't have breakfast,nut the coffee in the room was good.
The only chair in the room was basically a desk chair - an extra arm chair would have been nice. With 2 queen-sized beds in the room I would have expected at least 1 more chair. The lights at the window didn't work but there was enough light in the room without them.

The hotel and surrounding area was nice. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient parking was. huge plus!
The walls are very thin. We had to change rooms due to an a/c issue. We received a $10 voucher to the Lak restaurant. We went to the restaurant and it took 30 minutes for the drinks to come out and about an hour for the food to come out. The food and service was just ok.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness. the location because it was close to lots of restaurants and the mall.
they did not have a microwave which was really annoying and having to use your keycard just to get upstairs to your room. My room service order was messed up.
