Cleanliness of the facilities and all of the personnel were very courteous and helpful.

Nice room, comfortable but quite small for the high rate that we paid Ice machine wasn't working on our floor but luckily, the front desk was quick to get ice from the kitchen for us. No vending machines, so purchased a soda from the little shop by the front desk which was $4.00 which is absolutely ridiculous.

I appreciated the friendly staff and accommodations. I thoroughly enjoyed having a jacuzzi tub in the room as the hotel jacuzzi was not working. Clean and comfortable room.

Attended a wedding - hotel was centrally located to activities.

It would have been nice to have food service over the weekend.

The staff was so friendly. Always felt welcome everytime I walked through the doors.

when we got there we were informed the pool wasn’t working. closed because of “Covid”even though neighboring hotels the pools were open. needed a pool so that was like the only reason we stayed there. then the person at the front desk was busy watching a movie on their computer and closed it out every time someone walked by and made it seem like an inconvenience to do their job. also found condos wrappers when we went to leave under the bed. only reason we looked there was because we were looking to make sure my child had all of her little toys. will not be going back ever again!

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy.

Pool was out of order, which was not said on site. No breakfast was offered as it stated it would be. Check out time was different then the site.

We were attending a family wedding at Jasmine Plantation and this place was the closest to the venue. I traveled with my family and were able to accommodate us in 3 king rooms, 1 of them was the suite and it worked out well. We were able to fit 8 people in these 3 rooms.

Everything went well, very accommodating but the night staff are a little too attitude-ish, although helpful but somewhat seem bothered as if a smile would hurt them. It would be nice to encourage the night staff to greet guests with a smile. we traveled for hours and hours and very tired and would love to be greeted with smiles. but overall the stay was wonderful.

Poor Grab & Go breakfast option, only cold items except for oatmeal cup & no breakfast sandwiches as specified. No Kleenex in room and no one to bring any; ice machine on floor not working. Very short staffed. No restaurants in walking distance.

I liked that property was very clean and quiet plus it was located right near the airport!

Only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t have stayed longer!

I didn’t like that the pool was not open that was why I was staying till Monday doing could go in hot tub and pool
