Check in and check out was very easy. Staff was very pleasant.

At night it was very loud. All you could hear were doors slamming. Literally like every 5-10 minutes 10-1 at night. This made it hard for little kids to sleep. Also the floor around the pool and in the bathroom is very slippery. Saw 1 child and 1 adult slip on floor around pool. My son slipped on bathroom floor.

the bed was very uncomfortable the first night. I asked if we could move and they did move us.

The room was large and clean.

Not the best area, or views. The interior door lock was broken. The building is run-down looking.

I was charged twice, and it took forever to get my money back and once again I was a smoker I had to go outside to smoke in my stuffs in the hallways smelled like weed

We stayed on the first floor. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The chef will make eggs your way and omelettes. The best Omelette I have ever had!! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice property to stay. I have witnessed the incomplete construction work on the doors and bathroom.

Proximity to Airport and shopping area.

Roaches (found atleast 5 of them) in the bathroom. Lack of enough toiletries. Was initially impressed by the design of the hotel but then the noise from the pool was too much...

The material on the website did not represent the reality. But the staff fixed the problem splendidly so I am very satisfied.

I was on the 3rd floor and late night smelled of weed and black and mild neighbor was extremely loud fighting with someone on their phone

The tone was set for our stay when I was double charged at check-in, and charged more per night than I had agreed to when I clicked the “Confirm” button on the website. When we asked why the woman at the check-in desk was aggressive and rude! I am a paying customer. I have a right to question any and all charges. Earnest was called in to “deal” with me. This gentleman was professional and talked to me in the way he should. All the while, the first woman made comments so I could hear them. Earnest is the reason the situation didn’t turn very ugly. Whoever designed the pool layout was an idiot. The pool is enclosed with most rooms built around it. We were on the third floor, and it was as though the many children were in the same room as us! It was ridiculously LOUD! By the way, there was a window that opened to the pool - not outside. Why would I need a window to look at the pool? Again, this added to the loud pool noise. Lastly, the toilet wobbled like an uneven chair.
