Location was good. Facility was clean. People were nice and friendly. 6 elevators meant you never had to wait for on.
When you pay THIS much for a room at a Hilton, you expect more! Fridge in room did not work! Couldn't keep drinks or food cold - Pool was out of order! Construction outside at 7am! Breakfast was $20 each! $45 A NIGHT! to park! You had to sign up to Hilton Rewards to get WiFi! So online when you are looking, you see: Parking, Breakfast, WiFi, Pool, Fridge - never do they say it will all cost you an arm and leg! Not to mention fridge in room didn't work! They should have also said that there was construction outside at 7am and all day! Website should have also warned that the pool was not available!!!

Being on a fixed income, we weren't able to afford breakfast but we absolutely enjoyed our time,and stay at this fine hotel!!! Outstanding!!!
Maybe a discount for Veterans would be nice!All in all

Hot tub and pool was nice, clean, and perfect temps!
Misleading statement regarding breakfast is included. Upon arrival at check in I was informed breakfast was a buffet at $19 a person daily. This is always a major key in my choice of a hotel stay to control cost and leaving my room for an extra meal.Parking is $45 a day as well on site for self parking.

90 dollars for parking when we were staying at your hotel for 48 hours is ridiculous. I thought it was free parking by what I seen on booking.com. It should be cheaper if we are staying at your hotel.

I had a mystery hold of 191.52 for the duration of my stay. I used another card to hold incidentals, and nobody at the hotel could figure out why/what this charge was. It eventually dropped off, but still... that's alot of money for something that nobody knows what/why it is.

The property was decent. Nothing to go “wow” but it looked nicely maintained.
The jr. suite I booked was not available upon arrival. Apparently, the bathroom had an issue. Emme, the front desk gal was very nice in explaining situation and switching to a smaller room and comping breakfast. She was great, but…..
The room was basic at best , and what I would consider a continental breakfast, was terrible.

The room was very clean except for a few hairs in the shower from previous guests. The Breakfast was great. Maybe a little pricey but very delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The valet attendants were helpful, friendly and efficient in getting the car to the door for us.
The main thing that I didn't like was that after paying for the hotel room upfront, once we got there I was informed of a $50 per night deposit (which added up to be $150 on top of hotel) but when I check out I was only going to receive around $30 back. Wasn't sure why this was. Also I don't recall being informed that this hotel is valet only and it is $40 per day. I wouldn't mind these fees if I had been told upfront.

Pool and hot tub were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and pool area were clean and well maintained. Room condition was acceptable.
It wasn't clear when booking that parking was an additional $40 per day and the breakfast wasn't complementary. Found several empty vodka bottles under the pullout couch.

Stayed on the 9th floor, hospitality suite. Came back 2 nights, very late, to find a young security guard sitting outside our door. Charging phone and scrolling.

It is clean friendly and well taken care of. Beds and bedding comfortable with ample lights. Everyone was friendly and professional.
Ice machine was broken on our floor. It is within walking distance to downtown however it is a long walk (pray for no rain) we did end up using Uber. A shuttle would be a great guest option.
The extra cost $43 for parking each night. Does not include complimentary breakfast, you do have the option to purchase it.

Two of the female staff were very rude. One worked the valet desk and the other worked the front desk. I tried asking each a question regarding parking downtown and they acted as if I completely inconvenienced them. Their attitudes we’re completely uncalled for and it wasn’t even busy. I was the only customer in the lobby.
