Bathroom

The location was what I was looking for.

I had several rooms for a group trip. The toilet overflowed in one and soaked the carpet. We asked for a cleaning product to help sterilize and they gave us something along the lines of febreeze. It was ridiculous. We checked out a day early due to kids being sick and the front desk said the management was open to talking about a refund but then they later accused us of not having actually checked out early and refused to refund that night we didn't use. The hotel was booked solid so I'm sure they resold the rooms.

They are currently under renovation which is good because the hallways smell a bit moldy and musty. The inside of the room, however was clean and newly refurbished. The staff were lovely and helpful.

breakfast was pretty gross, wouldn't recommend eating it.

the windows don't open, the air conditioning is so loud, and the hotel itself it run down.

it was an ok place to stay. the location was ok for what we needed. it was being remodeled is what we were told and you could tell. for what we needed which was a night to sleep before going to lodge to meet people it worked.

doors were broken, elevator broken, shower broken, housekeeping didn’t make both beds, floors were very dirty, trash and debris all over the property. key card quit working several days. staff were great the property is just in bad condition and not worth the price we paid.

it is being renovated! it stunk! I also hit my foot against a nail hanging out of the wall missing trim!

The staff was friendly if ineffective.

Lobby was freezing cold. The shower didn’t work. it was finally repaired during our last day. There was no housekeeping for the first 3 days. Signs of leaks around toilet.

I'm from Oak Ridge, and typically hotels don't let you stay if you are local. But I had been travelling and my whole family got COVID while I was away. I had no where to go. Everyone at the comfort inn was so nice and understanding and they made the process there so easy for me. When I asked to stay an extra night , they even tried to get me a deal/discount. Love the staff there.
