They mixed up our reservation with someone else with the same last name. I've been trying to get signed up for the rewards and it hasn't happened. I think they have my e mail wrong. [email protected]

The pillows and the room size cleaning services awesome and cleaning ladies are wonderful especially making you feel great and welcomed

I could hear my neighbor,breakfast some type or dog hair or cat hair on my sheets could have better front desk staff

The lady who checked me in must have been new as she was assisted by another lady. She asked my last name about 4 times even though I had given her my credit card and DL. She needed a bit more training.

Hotel was beautiful, great layout, (flooring in lobby getting worn) pool was clean, rooms were clean, great water pressure, beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent (I did not expect hot food) all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Our stay was amazing!
