I loved the location in proximity to all the fun stuff, but not being in the midst of all the noise. I liked the breakfast and evening dinner and drinks. That is an awesome selling point. My view of the bridge was lovely. Was able to watch the fireworks from the pool area.

One of the desk agents tried to make it seem like I was imagining that they have it printed, that they serve popcorn at 4PM. She tried to act like it was no biggie that the schedule stated 4P, but popcorn didn't get popping until 5P. She then went back to the restaurant area, and brought back 2 bags of popcorn. She gave 1 bag to the guest waiting with me, and took the other bag back behind the counter, so she could eat it herself. Rude as all get out.

The location was ideal. The pool was a nice bonus. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Staff were friendly, facilities were great and the complimentary breakfast and ‘kick back’ food provided was excellent, we were very impressed.

the kickback was brilliant and we enjoyed the pool. the staff were lovely too.

We stayed in a 2 Queen 1 pull out couch room. It was far bigger than I imagined. Bathroom was huge. Decorated well. Comfy bed. Clean hotel overall.

10pm pool closing was a massive bummer. I get it, but it’s New Orleans. Who comes back to the hotel before 10?

Staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and very willing to make sure everything was working and the stay went well

Wish they had a non-pork sausage for breakfast... but that's really minor

overall is a good property. Wish parking could be included as part of the rate.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the location great, and the kickback an unexpected surprise.

The only thing I would change is the coffee, but I admit that as Colombian I can be exigent about it.
