Beautiful, clean hotel, with many included amenities. Loved the extras at check in. The beds were super comfy, bathroom was clean, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

You could hear the activity in the hallways. Not noise room to room but all of the chatting and movement in the hallways.

I'm not sure where to begin … You'll love the central location, right near lots of important landmarks! The rooms have been recently refurbished and are really lovely and modern. There are no carpets, which is a big plus! However, the usual "hotel style" without a single element of individualism. If you're looking for a great hotel gym, this is the place for you! They have Peleton bikes, weight lifting equipment, and all the machines you could need. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to stay fit while on the road. The breakfast was not one of my favorites. I'm sorry to say that it doesn't live up to the 4-star hotel standard. During the week, there's no breakfast buffet, you can just order la carte (which takes sometimes a long time, as staff is slow). The room price includes a $30 voucher for breakfast, which is not great deal, a an avocado toast, small fruit bowl, and coffee are already at $35.20, which is a bit steep. It would have been nice to have a proper espresso machine, as the one they had was out of order for many days. It seems like they only had one (!) proper coffee machine, which is a shame. On the weekends, there's a buffet, but it's not as extensive as I would have liked, with no proper selection of cheese, ham, muesli, etc. All in all. Price for value are not appropriate, if you don’t use the gym.

The staff was very friendly. It was in a great location. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to move our car. I would definitely stay here again.

All the charges but there’s nothing that can be done about that.

Every staff member was very polite and helpful. When I had to call with a noise complaint, it was taken care of within 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and had lots of great amenities.

Internet speed on the TV could not support streaming without tons of time out failures. It’s ok to not offer it if you can’t actually do it. We got room service and the food was great but no plates or silverware which was not ideal.

Nothing I liked to be honest the staff in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. They lie a lot and did not allowing us to check as we use booking.com to book the hotel and was asking to book again...never share the card details as they charged not did not allow me to checking as well.

Unprofessional staff, charging money and don't fraud with your card details..no accountability, lot humiliation for me

The location

I had to continuously call for an engineer to come and repair my toilet. Out of my 3 day stay they had to come and service the toilet 4 times. It was an inconvenience.
