Our Tv was broken they dropped our friends room bc they extended guests they weren’t supposed to yesterday morning which messed our reservations up the guy at the front desk was being mean to the girl he was training, she finally had enough and said she would quit and he said well then go. He was unbelievably unprofessional. I felt embarrassed for the girl he was really awful to her in front of a lot of people. WE HAVE NO POWER, NO PHONE LINES, NO HOT WATER! My Son is currently taking a cold shower- I can’t even fix my hair this morning for the event I am headed to because I can’t use my tools. can’t put my makeup on in the dark, there won’t be any breakfast downstairs, I cannot make coffee, and we are currently packing up our room by FLASHLIGHT early so we can go find breakfast and maybe I can find somewhere I can fix my hair and do makeup. worst trip ever I am going to demand a partial discount for this absolute S. Show circus.

When I arrived they told me they could not find my reservation and all the rooms were sold out. So as tired as I was I had to get in my car with my sleepy children and find a room with some availability. Terrible experience.

The room was spacious and clean. our room looked into the racing track which was lovely to see the horses practicing.

The pool was closed when we wanted to use it. It was very busy and only one elevator was working. We waited in a line to get to our room.
