The breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. I was really impressed and because of my stay I will join BW rewards program.

It was clean. Had a very good breakfast.

The breakfast was great. The attendant was courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked fine.

The tv remote felt greasy. I'm sure you clean it routinely but it had a texture to it. All in all great accomodations. And the sofa bed had stains. Room 101. Still comfy though.

the shower in our room would not work

our room was not very clean. there was dirty clothes from previous people under the beds. sheets/blankets had stains on them. we asked for clean sheet and for them to get the dirty clothes out. bed was just remade with same blankets ans sheet and clothes were still under the mattress.

overall a great stay.

wasn’t a fan of the pillows.
