spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighbors. Oh, and a very workable kitchen set up with a full size fridge.

I did not have breakfast due to the serving time being pushed back on weekends to 7:30 am

The Billing communication between Booking.com and the hotel was a nightmare. I used PayPal to pay for my stay on Booking.com but all the credit cards I tried to use for incidentals, at the hotel, were rejected due to Booking.com. Fortunately, the person coming in for shift change was creative and was able to make a past through, allowing me and my family to finally get into our room after waiting for a long time.

The property was lovely!!! Very nice quality for the money!! The rooms where very spacious, comfortable, and clean!!

The breakfast could have had a few more options. I went down about 9:15, and everything had been picked over. The sausage was not of good quality.

They were trying to charge us again, and for a higher price for the room eventhough the payment was already made through Booking.com. Booking.com does not have customer support available to help. They sent me an email stating that they will respond in the next 24 hours. It took is 30+ plus minutes to check in, so they would not charge me again.

I always enjoy breakfast when I visit Staybridge. Everything is always fresh & delicious.

No parking for one for 2 the room was not like the described room when booking and was very ocer priced for quality the next door ppl was up all night which kept us up the fridge on the room made this loud noise all night. All around it was bad experience..
