The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. The location was handy to freeways, but, other than Denny’s, we saw no nearby restaurants. It was quiet when we were there, even though it was homecoming weekend for the local university.

The property could have been better maintained. There was an issue with the elevator, and it broke down three times while we were there. Staff quickly reset the breaker—a voltage issue apparently part of the problem—but it needed a permanent fix. Although basically clean, it didn’t have that “spit polish clean” that other motels we have stayed in have.

Price was too high and this location didn’t even offer breakfast. Very disappointing since we were traveling with family/kids and this is usually a great perk for choosing y’all. Didn’t get credit for that or anything. Just a 15% off coupon for a Denny’s.

Location, layout of room. Small TV. large insect. All utensils and plates and pots were in dishwasher.

I paid $200 for a room with absolutely no hot water. All I wanted was a shower before my long early morning flight. They told me to go take a shower in a room on the 5th floor when my room was on the 2nd. I will never ever stay at Doubletree ever again.

The website said breakfast included but there was no breakfast served. 3 of my party got bitten in their sleep all over their bodies. I think it was bed bugs

They didn't have a breakfast at the hotel. You had to go out every day for breakfast

could have breakfast and they can clean the room before your 7 days is up.if, I'm staying in a hotel for 7 days at least come and clean the room 1 or 2 days while they stay.
