location was great. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint was other people in the hotel who seemed to be unaware that anyone else was in their room trying to sleep at 1 a.m.

We bought coffee from your Starbucks store one day it was one price and the next day we bought coffee again the price changed. It was more than the day before. Weird

The hotel was very clean and had some great amenities. I loved having a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. Our room was very nice, with a big TV and very comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a big problem as there was a microwave that we could use down the hall.

it was pretty clean. Rooms were modern. The gym and pool were both close to our rooms and were decent.

the sliding glass door barely worked. it was extremely difficult to close. There were a lot of trees in the parking lot and my car was used for target practice by the birds.

The hot breakfast was not what we were expecting. We thought we could order a full breakfast from a menu. We had an egg sandwich and burrito and coffee. We could have gone to another restaurant for less and had a full breakfast. The breakfast was the only thing we were disappointed in.

The property is nice, the beds were very comfortable.

The only problem I had was no one came to clean our room. We called the front desk and they gave us towels but we were really upset the room was not cleaned.

The Staff was amazing. The night person Bailey at the Cafe was amazing. She made some great drinks and was very friendly. The property was very nice the only thing was my room did smell like smoke probably from previous people but that’s not the hotels fault. Everyone at the hotel were all very nice. I would go back just because of the staff.

Everything was good.

I was highly disappointed with this hotel. My room had a smoke alarm that continuously blinked 2 bright lights the entire time. I reported it though maintance never showed up. The air conditioner was also out of whack staying on in 1 min intervals making it a very warm room making it hard to sleep in. I'll never go back to this hotel as I stayed there hoping to get rest but left in desperate need of a long nap.
