The front desk guy was the worst, totally unhelpful, had to be begged to do his job. The heater didn't work-air came out cold, and the guy refused to give us extra blankets even though my wife was freezing. I went to the desk carrying a toddler to ask for housekeeping that afternoon. He told me to go upstairs and talk to them myself.

the staff was very nice. they always tried to be accommodating.

The bathroom door was dirty. The carpet was worn through in places. I had to have the attendant reprogram my key every night so I could get back into my room. The water was cold unless I let the water run for a long time time before getting in the shower. The attendant offer me another room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Neighbors were loud at 4 am one night and around 12:30 am another night.

receptionist rude, parking garage iffy.. free continental breakfast was a packaged honey bun. shower didn’t get hot & while I didn’t mind it myself , I could bathe my kids because the water was too cold. elevator was out of service so had to haul everything up stairs. the neighbor we had was angrily screaming at I don’t even know what ?? and banging on the wall periodically. it was a terrible time.

The carport parking was decent. I was satisfied when the hotel manager allowed me to swap rooms due to an ant infestation in the bathroom.

Originally, I was in my assigned room. I was awaken to a continuous ticking sound in the air conditioner. I tried to remove the plug in hopes the sound would stop, but it continued.! When I was unpacking and placed my toiletries in the bathroom, I saw two ants and thought nothing of it. The next morning, there was a trail of ants.

Not to far from the airport. Easy parking.

Grab and go breakfast was juice and only one breakfast donut for 3 people. Bedding had cigarette burns. Pillows were square like for a sofa. No toilet paper holder. No water pressure. The door kept popping open even when we locked it. Had to use the chain. Top of dresser was sticky and not cleaned properly. Bathroom door was hard to open and close, it kept getting stuck.

Blinds missing pieces so sun shine through, carpet gross, gum on the blanket,rust on bathroom sink, bathroom door doesn’t lock, bathroom door coming apart from water marks, stayed here because provide breakfast and that was a joke since it was barely anything with moldy food, and parked my car in garage and water pipe leaked from above onto my car. Worst place to stay.
