Location good for airport, bad for proximity to restaurants. .
The shuttle service (24 hours) is very useful but the shuttle driver didn’t offer to help with bags.

We were given a room with a bathroom with a door that couldn’t be shut since the toilet was evidently too big.
We booked a room for three. The third bed was a sofa without the sheets. There were no sheets for that bed in the room so we had to look for a cleaning lady that gave us the sheets and told us we had to make it ourselves….

The pool has mold in it! The air didn’t work like it should have and when I told the staff about it they didn’t really care too listen and didn’t check on it like I asked!

The room was cozy. The bed super comfy! And the attached soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower were awesome!

Location Close to Graceland, pool for a swim after a hot day. Access to bar for a beer and brekkie with cappuccino. Courtesy bus to and from the airport and bus driver took us to a restaurant and picked us up which was great.

Didn't try breakfast. When booking got handicap accessible room, so hotel new someone was handicap, but didn't bother to mention they didn't have any working elevators.

I like the fact that it was CLEAN and away from traffic. The location was good and I like the fact you had to use your key to enter in and the parking lot made me feel really safe.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to the airport. Liked the shuttle also.
Restaurant was lacking and our room wasn't cleaned the second day. No coffee restocked or cups or even garbage empty. Asked for coffee, got that, but was told they would bring the cups and never did. No coffee the next morning before the airport.
