Habitación grande y cómoda, con lo esencial en países como Estados Unidos.

Pagué por el desayuno y al llegar me dijeron que no estaba incluido. Pasé 10 días por trabajo. Limpian una vez cada 3 días y no vinieron hasta el cuarto día de estancia. Me quejé por la sala de fitness y no me hicieron caso. La cinta de correr no funciona. Personal muy poco amable.

The Saff when i checked was Excellent , she was accomadating , knowledgeable, explained the hidden holds on your credit card , which at the time I thought I understood, but coming off the road from driving , I did not understand what she meant. Every day I saw her she was , pleasant, asking me how I was doing & how was my conference going. I even saw her one morning driving into work in her car , and she waved at me, ...I just appreciated this so much !

You could have informed us this Hotel was in Major renovations !!!! We did not get a room with a balcony overlooking the pool because all those rooms were in renovations! Holds on your charge cards , were crazy long period's of time ,it made no sense... No Ice , No restaurant /all closed

I like the beds, the pool, the location was perfect and the lobby was nice. The staff was really nice. I did like the fact they had 2 elevators but one broke down on our second day (it was the closest to our room).

We happen to book at the time they were painting, so access to the balcony was limited. I hated the bathroom. I like glass showers so it was disappointing to see a tub shower. I didn't like that pool closed at 8pm. It's not like they have a life guard on duty. I wish it was open til at least 10pm. That is the noise ordinance time in Charlotte. The location of the gym was not good. Also I do wish they had someone that cleaned the pool daily. I didn't like that you had to pay $5 per night for parking in a open parking lot. The carpets in the halls where dirty looking. The reception for my TV was in and out.

It was so convenient, to the Conference I attended...I could actually, walk across the syreet.

The hotel was in renovation !! I did not know,,,,
