I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was open Sunday and Moday and closed the rest of the week. i understand it needs maintained but i could have rented a room cheaper and closer to my sister but I wanted an indoor pool for my grandkids. They were very disappointed. I was told Tuesday it was only closed for the day and then it continued.

The hotel was clean but the smell was not pleasant.

The breakfast was not good and the air conditioning made a noise like it was going bad! Kept me up.

Shower head fell off. Had to ask for bath mat, coffee. Two lights were out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was on a budget and I felt like I got a great value... No regrets booking at all! Everything was clean... The lighting could've been berry on the room for my pics haha! But that's pretty trivial . I'm very glad I booked here and would definitely recommend

The location to the university was perfect!

This is not the first time I have stayed here so I was really surprised to be so disappointed. There was trash in the drawers and on the floor, the blankets were covered with dirt and pet hair and the light above the sink did not work. When we went to check in, we were overlooked 3 separate times before they acknowledged we were standing there. The manager did call to apologize and say they were short staffed, but we will probably not stay again.
