The recipient was not up to the stadard during the check in process. Training is needed.

The hotel and grounds were amazing and the food in the resort was very good.

Well the first room, we had no air so they moved us to another room and we had no hot water. But they finally got the water fixed.

The out door accommodations were phenomenal. It's really hard to find a place with such a nice pool anymore. Awesome

The restaurant. Very over priced for the quality of food. Very old and sticky tables and booths. Needs major upgrade

Group of people partied in hallway of our floor until 3:30 in the morning and no one on staff asked them to stop. Kept our kids up most of night with loud music and yelling. The AC in the room didn’t work.

I like the modern decor and amenities.

The bed was a little too firm and there wasn’t a microwave in our room. The water pressure was a little low.

Our room wasn't ready and had to go all the way back to the front desk while carrying all of our stuff to be assigned another room. Staff wasn't very friendly. Asked for another robe but it was never brought. Food at the restaurant was okay, overpriced for what you got.

Beautiful, convenient location. The recent renovations are excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view. The food at the bistro was great, and the small gym was well appointed. Although the weather didn’t allow outdoor activities, the pool seemed amazing and the fire pits were a nice touch. Nice indoor pool as well.

Although the room was clean and well appointed, it was somewhat disappointing. The bed was hard and the sheets were scratchy. The heat smelled and the a/c fan made a racket all night. Also, the transparent glass in the bathroom doors caused the whole room to be illuminated at 5 a.m. when one of us was getting up and the other was sleeping in.

Got ate up by fleas or bedbugs and staff has done ZERO up to this point for me!

VERY difficult to speak with someone in person. The automated phone system was VERY frustrating. Stayed there for a golf weekend and part of the course was closed due to a land dispute. Alcohol was extremely overpriced.
