Clean rooms

I booked a King bed on the 1st floor and got 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor cuz I booked thru a 3rd party and they sold out is what the staff told me. So basically you're screwed cuz they don't honor this site. They didn't notify me until I got to the property. They offered me free breakfast but we had other plans.

Accommodations

Under staffed for checkout with breakfast needs. One person was available so we went out for coffee

Person didn’t show up to prepare breakfast Had to change rooms after we were in bed after traveling all day. Alarm went off in the room next to us and they had yo call someone in to turn it off .

The room was never clean, no clean towels nor tidy the bedroom

Very clean. Nice rooms. Loved the patio, sat outside for a few hours with drinks in the evening. The lady at the bar that served us drinks was amazing and so friendly and helpful.

I was charged twice for the room. I was refunded for one of them though. The lady at the breakfast bar was extremely rude very nasty rolling her eyes talking down to us and my grandchildren. The cook was no better, upset because she had to make another order for breakfast. It was very uncomfortable, breakfast was Not good at all.

Liked the bedding, the white bedding made everything seem so fresh. The beds were comfortable, and we all rested well. The pool was great entertainment for my children. The staff were friendly as well.

Location

The first room was dirty and had moldy food on the floor. The second room had a musty odor. The pool was cold, and it advanced a hot tub that was not there. No patio chairs on the balcony. The manager would tell you that she would fix problems but never did.

Is off new Circle which is the main highway for Lexington

Over priced hotel no fridge or table in the room, it’s pretty basic hotel with dirty carpet

No working ice machine on the first floor, poor drainage in the shower

Beds were comfortable.

Needs to have more then one mirror in the room. When you have 2 women trying to get ready one mirror is not enough. Also needed to have more than one garbage can in the room. Should have 1 in the bathroom and at least one in the room.
