The location of the property is what I selected it for

I have stayed at this location before and it was fine. This time there were unsavory people gathered in the parking lot, at the front door and it just seemed like the quality of the hotel had completely gone down. Not to mention the huge water stain in the ceiling of the closet in my room. I was afraid to hang my clothes in there. And the smell in there and hallway was musty. For the price it was unacceptable. I booked thru booking.com but the hotel charged me more at the end of my stay. Plus I was not informed that I would not be able to use my AAA membership. And I checked out early because no hotel like that should cost $1600 for 5 nights. I would like a refund to compensate for such a disappointing experience.

First floor smelled like cat urine.

I appreciated the staff for accommodating my mom, grandmother, and I before the alotted check in time. The Suite was clean. Our stay was very relaxing. The location was excellent.

Our stay was pleasant.

Suite was perfect - roomy, full kitchen. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen).

We prefer stairs to elevator and carpet on one of the stairs was a little frayed, which could be a trip hazard. Otherwise, everything was great.
