Clean rooms. Nice pool

Door lock didn’t work properly. Had to change rooms. Fire false alarm went off at 1130pm. No apologies or anything for it. Just nothing great. Things just decent.

The restroom was quite spacious, unlike most other hotels I've stayed at.

The comforters were a bit stiff, cold, and noisy; perhaps I'll start bringing my own blankets.

The hotel was clean. I really like there Mexican restarant.

First of all, I booked a king bed room , I got two queens. The pool was dirty , just expected better. not worth the price.

It was a very nice property. The room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Even had no charge for parking.

the hotel could not find my reservation via booking.com even after making the reservation couple weeks before the travel. they charged me again because of that using my credit card

reception was amazing, I arrived at 8am to drop off my bag, and they checked me into my room really early. staff were super nice and room was modern and clean and comfortable

the Mexican restaurant in the hotel is average and the staff there were just talking bout people behind there back

The property was clean. It is also very close to the airport.

The airport shuttle only runs from 6am-10pm. Be aware they don’t go any earlier even if you ask. The staff is very unhelpful and rude when you ask questions.

Beautiful entrance, beautiful flowers and water features outside, bedroom comfortable and attractive. Buffet Sunday brunch was exceptional! Restaurant staff were super super friendly and kind.

No free internet. Reception staff were distracted and unfriendly.

It was very clean and all members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and a great way to start the day!

we stay at this hotel every year for my husband’s birthday. The kids love the indoor heated pool and we love the restaurant down stairs since we can both enjoy a drink with dinner. We both won’t drive even if we have had just one drink so it’s nice to be able to enjoy one together with our meal. The staff is friendly and I love that I can grab a coffee in the morning at the Starbucks located in the lobby cause let’s face it any type of vacation with a 5 year old and another under one you’re gonna need a coffee first thing.

No welcome water in room

Comfortable bed, well catered room, great toiletries, friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi should be included within the cost of the room. Questionable quality of food in the sports bar. Bit pricey - especially as I had to pay the same rate as a 2 person room for a solo visit.
